Bad air in Parlier

White smoke coming local business is polluting our neighborhood. It's white smoke that smells and penetrates our homes. You can taste it in your mouth when you go outside. This has been happening for months and months. The air needs to be tested here because it's getting harder to breath. No one us doing anything about this. I've complained many times to San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution and was told that it's steam coming from the roof. That's not a good assessment. This smoke lingers over us and it smells .it's hard to be outside. Please test our air here.
